Types of Coaching Conversations
Generally there are four types of coaching conversations. The first, and most traditional is a "goal" focused conversation. Then, there are conversations where we explore ideas, transitions, and blocks. Not all coaching conversations start from a place of certainty, like a specific goal to achieve. Often, my coaching clients see they would like to shift in some way, but they aren't sure how to identify what they want to do.
