Every partnership starts with a discovery call to understand your organization's (personal) specific challenges and goals. From there, we design a right-sized approach - whether that's a single workshop, an ongoing coaching relationship, or a multi-phase leadership development initiative. This could includes one of our established certified development programs (like DiSC or Crucial Conversations), or something more custome. Nothing is off-the-shelf; every engagement is built around your team's actual needs.

Investment varies based on scope - a single workshop looks different from an ongoing coaching engagement or a multi-month leadership initiative. In general, we are a fraction of the larger consulting firms because of our company size and structure. The discovery call is where we talk through your goals and I can give you a clear sense of options and pricing before you commit to anything.

Our coaching packages either run 3 or 6 months, and can be renewed, to create lasting behavior change. Training programs and workshops can range from a single half-day session to a multi-part series delivered over several months. Developing new leadership development departments typically take three to nine months depending on how far along in the process you already are, and the complexity of your system. We'll map out a timeline that fits your organization's pace during our first conversation.

Both. Many coaching engagements happen virtually for flexibility, while workshops, offsites, and team facilitation are often most impactful in person. We'll figure out what makes sense for your team and goals.

Most training builds skills. Real transformation requires expanding capacity - the ability to actually use those skills under pressure, ambiguity, and change. My work combines systems thinking, adult development theory, and human-centered design to create experiences that produce lasting behavior change, not just a good day in a workshop. I bring a level of depth that many designers and facilitators just don't bring. Because I started from leadership development theory and worked out from there (apposed to attending a certification for a training and reading from the facilitator's script), my understanding of the core influcencers drive a unique and engageing experience that is held to the highest standards of rigor and measurement.

I'm an ICF Certified Professional Coach (ACC), a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through ATD, and a certified facilitator in Crucial Conversations and Everything DiSC, among other credentials. You can see the full list on the About page.
