About Me.

I believe we are all LEADERS in our lives. My work is grounded in deep experience designing and delivering leadership development within complex, multi-layered organizations. Drawing on systems thinking, adult development, behavioral science, and human-centered design, I support leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, build real capability, and create sustainable change.

As an experienced certified facilitator and ICF Certified Professional Coach, I create spaces for real conversation, insight, and movement. My work invites leaders and teams to engage more fully, relate more honestly, and act with greater awareness and intention.

With a background in organizational leadership, adult learning, and theatre, I bring presence, warmth, and energy into every room. I blend evidence-based practices with storytelling, dialogue, and reflection—moving groups beyond surface learning into meaningful shifts in how they think, connect, and lead.

I partner with clients to design and facilitate workshops and offsites, customize established leadership programs, and deliver speaking engagements that engage, transform, and expand what’s possible.
